Pillow type bread packaging machine is a machine used for packaging bread. It is an automated device designed to place bread into packaging bags and seal them to maintain freshness and hygiene. This type of packaging machine usually operates using the following steps:
Feeding: Bread is transported from the production line to the feeding position of the packaging machine, usually through a conveyor belt system.
Roll film bag making: The packaging machine automatically rolls a length of plastic film (usually a film with a pillow-shaped appearance) to form an open bag and places the bread on one side of the bag.
Further film rolling: At the same time, the packaging machine continues to roll the film, completely sealing the bag and wrapping the bread inside to form a sealed package.
Cutting and Separating: After sealing is completed, the machine may automatically cut and separate each packaged loaf for further processing or packaging.
This packaging method ensures that the bread is tightly integrated with the plastic film, providing a fresh and hygienic closed package. The shape of the bag is similar to the shape of a pillow, hence the name pillow packaging.
